Overview
To develop my delivery drone system, I began with in-depth research, starting with trend analysis and a review of the competitive landscape to understand the market and technology directions. I identified user pain points and created personas to shape our design approach, extracting key findings to guide decisions.
A posture study helped me explore ergonomic interactions, while use case ideation allowed to envision real-world applications. I also built a SKU matrix to map product variations and conducted identity exploration to define a unique, user-aligned visual and brand language.
